Busting Altar Myths Over a Nice Cuppa!

Hello Eveyone! I promised you a recap about our latest coffee morning on the 8th June and Wow what a coffee morning it was.

The group had asked to have a discussion surrounding Altar spaces and sacred spaces as there are so many assumptions and myths surrounding what you need to do. Did you know some people carry their Altar spaces with them in small mint tins so it is with them all the time?

We learnt that it doesn't matter how small or big your space is, its the intention that matters and what it means to you as a person.

An Altar space can be as expensive or inexpensive as you wish, it can include photos, pebbles from a walk, messages from a friend, little quotations that inspire you, it really doesn't matter as long as it allows you somewhere to focus for a few moments and close the rest of the world away. There are lots of resources online that can help but ultimately make sure you do what works for you and what you are wanting to achieve from it.

Myself and a friend are contemplating doing a live on social media to answer any questions people may have about the shop, what we do, what our overall aim is and any other spiritual/holistic questions people may have.
